Sketching

Now that it is spring, I have been getting out a bit more to sketch outside. Earlier this week, I took the jeep to the pasture to sketch my home. It was so beautiful outside. I was quite comfortable sitting in the back of my jeep with all supplies spread in front of me. I sat there for a long while. So long that the birds and rabbits decided that I was no danger to them. They came closer and carried on with their evening rituals. I am grateful for my peaceful part of this earth.
